This is our top-of-the-line offer. Instead of booking singular sessions, in this package we establish your goals, evaluate your current capabilities and customise a program tailored for you to achieve those goals. Depending on your goals, we create a 3, 6 or 12 month program with record keeping, monthly evaluations of your progress, and retailoring of your program when needed. Starts at $390/month.

Preferred Location Upgrade

For an upcharge, for those whose time is at a premium, Sifu Asad will come to you, home or office. Upcharge depends on location. Please inquire with your preferred location.
